All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Group event spots are limited and may not be held without pre-registration.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances — such as illness or emergencies — may arise. If something prevents you from attending your session, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your experience will be met with a willingness to find a solution that honors your needs.
Deposits are fully transferable when notice is given at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
If Sound and Stone Alchemy needs to cancel a session — whether due to illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances — you will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
Group events: Tickets are non-refundable (exceptions at the discretion of Sound and Stone Alchemy) but may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
No-shows: Missed sessions without notice may result in a full charge.
